The current facilities comprise one producing well, a gas processing plant and a 9 MW power station, together with a low pressure pipeline which links the site to the nearby gas grid.

A site extension will be required to accommodate the additional gas processing facilities and compressors required for the gas storage project.

A separate site nearby will be required to house the additional gas storage wells.
